Get Comfortable with Computers LEVEL 1
Winter Session February 14, 21 and 28 Wednesdays 1 – 3 pm 3 sessions $30
Spring Session May 2, 9 and 16 Wednesdays 1 – 3 pm 3 sessions $30
This hands-on class is for those new to the computer. The class will show the basics from log in, mouse controls, tool bar uses, manage and search for files and basic email.
Get Comfortable with Computers LEVEL 2
Winter Session March 7, 14 and 21 Wednesdays 1 – 3 pm 3 sessions $30
Spring Session May 23, 30 and June 6 Wednesdays 1 – 3 pm 3 sessions $30
This program is the next step after “Get Comfortable with Computers Level 1“. You will learn how to: navigate the internet; attach files through email; download pictures from your camera; internet safety; as well as other valuable information to help you manoeuvre around the computer.

Get Comfortable with your iPad
April 25 Wednesday 6 – 8 pm $10 fee
Enhance your understanding and skills to maximize the use of your iPad. We will cover several topics such as: basic use and maintenance of your iPad; extending battery life; face timing features; as well as Apps and Widgets.
TBA Wednesday 6 - 9 pm No fee
This 2 hour session presented by the Leduc Foundation is designed for both the tenant and the landlord and will cover the basics in renting a home. Leases, inspections, security deposits, disputes, rental increases, rights and responsibilities of both parties will all be included in the discussion.

All human relationships will have some element of conflict. This 1-day workshop provides participants with an understanding about their style of conflict resolution which will help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their approach and assist them to develop more effective methods to deal with conflict on the job. By way of interactive discussion and activities, participants will identify alternate strategies to add to their inventory of conflict management tools. Participants will: Determine how they handle conflict and their conflict style through self-assessment; Gain an understanding about their style of conflict resolution; Identify the strengths and weaknesses of their approach to conflict; Develop more effective methods to deal with conflict on the job; Learn about managing hostility and reducing stress and examine methods to create win-win solutions.
